As a Senior Corporate Communication Expert, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this target by collaborating closely with senior management and driving impactful communication strategies.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance and support.
• Translate ING Belgium's strategy into compelling stories that inspire employees, clients, and the public, strengthening our brand consideration and fostering ambassadorship.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including the media, to enhance our reputation and ensure consistent messaging.
• Create exceptional management and employee experiences, fostering a sense of connection and purpose to drive organizational performance.
• Coach and guide colleagues across the organization in their communication efforts.
• Collaborate closely with communication experts in various business lines to ensure alignment and consistency.

• A versatile communications professional with a proven track record and a clear vision for leveraging internal and external communication to support organizational strategy.
• Creative and critical mindset with a passion for improving internal and external communication.
• Extensive experience advising senior management in a business environment.
• Strong expertise in corporate, internal, and external communications, change management, management communications, crisis management, and reputation management.
• Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, taking ownership of projects and demonstrating a can-do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on results.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive and engaging environment.
